Watch as a woman used a recliner on her porch during a workout session.

She has weights in each hand and both of her legs on the recliner. It appears that she was going to attempt to do an exercise to workout her back, but she failed to take into consideration a thing called gravity.

Her weight and momentum carried her forward and once she got moving, there was no stopping.

It doesn't appear that she was seriously injured here as she gets up and walks it off shortly after falling.

Ms Collins appears to post many of her workouts online, but this is one that she'll never forget---thanks to social media!
