The former location of Wawee's in Milton dealt with its fair share of serious flooding issues throughout the years, and this week's torrential lashing throughout Acadiana is serving up more problems in the area.

While operating at their location at 411 Milton Ave, Wawee's dealt with numerous major flooding events.

Below is what Wawee's in Milton is supposed to look like.

Then again in 2016...

Many areas in Milton and all over Acadiana have experienced serious flooding conditions over the past two days, as well as life-threatening flooding in Lake Charles and Baton Rouge. With rain still in the forecast for the next few days, all of South Louisiana will need to stay weather-aware.
