Two Arrested On Drug Charges After Youngsville Home Raid

Two people have been arrested following the raid of a home on Gallet Road in Youngsville yesterday.

Though the pair was arrested on drug charges, the story was extended due to the discovery of military ordinance at the home.

The sheriff's office reported 60-year-old Kim Gallet and 45-year-old Leslie Meaux were booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on multiple drug charges.

As far as the military ordinance, those items were removed safely by members of several local bomb squad units.
