Tree Falls On Cop As He Goes To Write A Ticket, Freak Accident [VIDEO]

A cop in Iowa is lucky to be alive after he stops a vehicle on the side of the road for driving without headlights and while he's talking to the driver, A TREE FALLS ON HIM.  Talk about a bad day at work!Last Wednesday, in the middle of writing a ticket, a huge rotten oak tree decided to fall on top of the officer.  The dash cam in the police car caught it all.  Fortunately, he wasn't injured because the SUV broke the fall.  And guess what, the driver got out of the ticket!

This is the definition of being in the right place at the wrong time.  WOW!
