The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office and the Breaux Bridge Police Department are each searching for suspects wanted for various crimes within the parish.

BBPD Assistant Chief Terry Latiolais reported an incident that occurred on Alva Drive in Breaux Bridge has yielded arrest warrants for 29-year-old Joshua Lamar Wiltz. Latiolais reported the Wiltz is wanted for simple criminal damage to property and home invasion.

Latiolais reported a separate case yielded arrest warrants for 26-year-old Joshua J. Cormier. Cormier is wanted for: domestic abuse battery, domestic abuse, aggravated assault, theft of a handgun and false imprisonment for an incident that occurred on Alva Drive.

Anyone with information regarding Joshua Lamar Wiltz or Joshua Joseph Cormier is encouraged to contact the Breaux Bridge Police Department Criminal Investigation Division at (337) 332-2186 or (337) 332-8359.

Both suspects are to be considered armed and dangerous. 

Sheriff's spokesman Maj. Ginny Higgins reported 32-year-old Shawna Melancon, of Breaux Bridge, is wanted for skipping out on recent court dates. Melancon is wanted for failure to appear for possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substances and methamphetamine. Melancon also has an outstanding warrant for flight from an officer.
