Officials at Lafayette-based Frank's International announced Tuesday they will lay off 400 to 600 employees, or about 9 to 13 percent of its worldwide workforce.
Frank's is headquartered in Houston, and has offices here in Lafayette. Fuelfix.com reports the deal is worth $95 million, $75 million in cash, with another $20 million contingent upon performance.
