I reported on March 2nd, Nascar champ Kurt Busch had begun the reinstatement process after being suspended indefinitely for rules violations pertaining to personal conduct. A Delaware court granted his ex girlfriend a protective order, and Nascar found Busch in violation of • Section 12.1.a: Actions detrimental to stock car racing, and • Section 12.8: Behavioral Penalty. He was suspended indefinitely on February 20th. Nascar.com reports, Busch has complied with requirements for reinstatement and his suspension is being lifted.
