Suspect Arrested after Terrifying Rape. Woman Lassoed

Officials in the Bronx, New York say after police released photos and videos of a terrifying rape, they were able to identify and arrest a "person of interest" in the case according to Fox News.

Police arrested Kashaan Parks Saturday morning as a "person of interest" in the rape that happened to a 45-year-old woman who was just walking down the street.

Whoever committed the crime lassoed the woman from behind. In the video, you can see a man following the woman. When he gets close enough to her he uses his belt as a lasso to immobilize the woman.

The woman is then yanked to the ground where she appears to become unconscious as he tightens the belt around her neck. The perpetrator is then seen dragging the woman between two parked cars and sexually assaulting her.

In the video, you can see the woman clutching her neck before she loses consciousness.

Photos of their "person of interest" were released Friday, and Parks was then arrested a relatives home Saturday morning.
