I have been a fan of Styx since I was a kid, and I have always wanted to see them live; Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel made that happen for me when Styx rocked the Pavilion Friday night!

As soon as I walked backstage and saw the guitars, I knew that Styx had come to impress...

From The Grand Illusion to Renegade, from Crystal Ball to Angry Young Man, I was playing air guitar through most of it!

The band was tight, the vocals were spot-on, and the energy never left the room.  It was a long time in the making, but I finally got to experience Styx!!
