Protests Against Police March On In Lafayette

Men have been seen on Facebook at a protest in front of the Mouton Statue near Lee and Jefferson in downtown Lafayette. In a live Facebook post by Devon L Norman, you can see at least one person who is armed.

There are also a few people in front of Lafayette Mayor-President Josh Guillory's home as can be seen in a Facebook live post, and the man seen on video speaking about a peaceful protest is Gerry Monroe, Executive Director of the UUAA, the United Urban Alumni Association. He says they fight against inequities across the country.
