Popeye Meets Chicken

Ingredients

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1\2 cup mayo
1\4 cup minced fresh basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1\2 tsp pepper
1\2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsps melted butter

Directions

Cook macaroni according to directions. Meanwhile,in a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, cheese, spinach, mayo, basil and seasonings. Drain macaroni, gently stir into chicken mixture. Transfer to an ungreased 2 1\2 qt baking dish. Toss bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 mins or until bubbly. Serves 6.
