A new report in the Wall Street Journal details the new rules for refugees entering the United States. The most notable change is that refugees from all countries will once again be accepted. Over the summer, an executive order was used to ban the entrance of refugees from some Muslim-majority countries.

The ban, which was largely seen as a campaign promise by President Donald Trump, has been challenged in several courts across the country. The most recent version, which banned refugees from Venezuela and North Korea, is still in legal limbo.
