New LSU President Stops At Local Boudin Shop and Says It’s ‘A Must Stop’

The new President at LSU made a stop at a local boudin shop and he was quick to Tweet that it is a "Must Stop."

Dr. William Tate posted a photo of himself in front of Billy's Boudin and as you can see in the photo below, he appeared to stock up for his drive.

I don't know what Dr. Tate purchased from Billy's, but apparently, it was good enough for him to post this photo, while endorsing their product.

If I had to guess, Dr. Tate may have gotten the cream-cheese boudin balls. But that is pure speculation.

Dr. Tate took over his duties at LSU on July 2 and he is the first  African American to hold the position at LSU.
