There are now 43,050 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Louisiana. That is 234 more reported cases since yesterday.

Numbers show that there are 582 reported COVID-19 patients currently hospitalized - 7 more than yesterday.

71 patients are on ventilators across the state. That is 3 fewer patients since yesterday

The total number of deaths reported due to the coronavirus is now at 2,831, an increase of 6 since yesterday.

As of today, 33,904 COVID-19 patients are presumed to have recovered. That's 2,176 more recovered patients since last week.

The total number of coronavirus cases in the Acadiana region is 2,805 with 209 deaths reported.

Lafayette Parish: 897 cases, 30 deaths

Iberia Parish: 427 cases, 41 deaths

St. Martin Parish: 288 cases, 24 deaths

St. Mary Parish: 339 cases, 32 deaths

St. Landry Parish: 311 cases, 54 deaths

Acadia Parish: 513 cases, 29 deaths

Evangeline Parish: 84 cases, 1 death

Vermilion Parish: 61 cases, 4 deaths
