KTDY Listeners Really Do Win Great Prizes – Just Ask Karl

KTDY listener Karl Viator of New Iberia won a trip to Pensacola Beach from the Winners Club. He sent us this message when he got home:

"Just got back from Pensacola Beach get away I won on the radio station 99.9. I love it there. Emerald Isle Condo was great place to stay. 3 night stay free. Went to eat at the Fish House which was free ($100.00.) The Fish House Punch was a special blend of Bacardi rums, triple sec, and fresh orange, cranberry, and pineapple juices served with a fresh fruit garnish in a souvenir Fish House pilsner. We had Rim Tuna, spiced and seared rare, sliced thin, and served with eel sauce and rim sauce. The tuna melted in your mouth.
Blackened Grilled Grouper (terrific), Ma’s Fresh Collard Greens, the most fabulous I ever had, Smoked Gouda Cheese Grits was good, too. Also had 2 free flights of beer from Pensacola Brewery, also included in the trip. Flight of beer is 8-4 oz glasses of of the different flavored beers. 3 of us had a chance to taste 11 different flavored beers, was great. And was able to get 2 free mugs. We usually go to Gulf Shores Orange beach, but this was so great, the drive is much better to Pensacola Beach, thank you 99.9 KTDY!"
