A fourth family member, Darius Conley, 33, has reportedly been arrested and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish jail. The 33-year-old faces first-degree murder and second-degree kidnapping charges in connection to the death of Gerard Nicholas Richard.

His fingerprints were found in the GMC 1500 pickup truck that was seen following the Chevy Tahoe before it was set on fire.

New arrest records give more insight into Richard's final moments before he was murdered. As the Advocate reports,  Darius Conley held Richard at gunpoint while the 18-year old Da'Sean Conley punched him repeatedly. Witnesses say the two men dragged Richard into a Chevrolet Tahoe before shooting him.

Police later discovered Richard's mutilated body on the Huey P. Long Bridge, wrapped in a bloody blanket that had been tied up and run over by a vehicle several times.

The entire family has now been arrested for their individual roles in attempting to cover up his murder and helping to carry it out.

According to The Advocate, the motive behind Richard's murder was that Da'Sean was not happy about him dating his mother and wanted them to break up. When his mother refused, that's been the teen took matters into his own hands.

Deputies reported that Gerard Nicholas Richard's body was wrapped inside a blanket, and his wrists were bound by rope and tape. His body sustained 'substantial trauma' from being run over by multiple vehicles.

According to WBRZ, a witness said they saw two cars come to a stop quickly in front of them on the bridge before speeding away. The witness told deputies that they stopped where the two vehicles pulled over and saw a body wrapped in a blanket.

Deputies questioned his girlfriend, Coshelia Conley, 36, who can be seen on security footage along with her son and mother moving trash bags of 'bloodied clothing items' at her apartment complex in Baker, Louisiana. The time stamp on the security footage indicated that they began moving evidence 30 minutes before Richard's body was found.
