Essence Festival in New Orleans includes Aretha Franklin + Mary J. Blige

The lineup for Essence Festival 2012 has been announced. Aretha Franklin will be honored with the 'Power Award' and is expected to perform, as well. Other acts include Mary J. Blige, Keyshia Cole, Dru Hill, Fantasia, Estelle, Charlie Wilson and more. The Essence Festival will take place July 6 though July 8, 2011 in New Orleans, Louisiana's Mercedes Benz Superdome. Ticket packages range from $120 to $750.
