Enforcement Planned As Seatbelt Laws Set To Change In Louisiana

Buckle Up Louisiana is actively involved with Louisiana State Police to increase seatbelt usage in our state. This year, state legislators toughened laws regarding seatbelts and child safety seats which take effect on August 1, 2019. A Facebook page has been set up to bring these issues to light.
