Lauren Daigle got some pretty awesome news! She has been nominated for 4 categories at the 52nd Dove Awards. Daigle was nominated for Artist of the Year, Pop/Contemporary song of the year, Rock/contemporary song of the year, and short-form video of the year. The awards will happen on October 19 at 6:30 pm.

In Television News:

The future of The Real Housewives of Dallas is unclear. The Bravo series, which most recently aired its fifth season, will not be returning for a sixth next year, Bravo confirmed. While there are no plans for the show to return next season there may be a possibility that future seasons will premiere at a later date.

In Celebrity News:

Johnny Depp has been allowed to move forward with his defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard. The actor is suing his ex-wife over a 2018 Washington Post op-ed where Heard wrote about surviving domestic violence. Heard never named Depp in the op-ed, but she did accuse the actor of domestic violence amid their 2016 split, which he denied.
