Louisiana's full court pressure sparked a 21-0 run to start the second half and the Ragin' Cajuns broke open a close game and defeated the ULM Warhawks 68-55 Saturday afternoon at the Cajundome.

Louisiana (13-6, 6-2 Sun Belt) was in a 26-26 tie at the half, but Coach Garry Brodhead unleashed the Cajuns' press and the Cajuns increased the lead to 47-26 before ULM scored its first points of the third quarter.

Louisiana forced 22 turnovers in the contest, while committing only five miscues of their own  The Cajuns owned a 22-6 advantage in points off turnovers.

Ty Doucet was the only player in double figures for the Cajuns, notching a double-double with 17 points and eleven rebounds in 23 minutes of work.

ULM (3-16, 1-7) was led by Diamond Brooks who had a double-double with 13 points and ten rebounds.  Whitney Goins also had 13 points for the Warhawks.

The Cajuns were outshot, 41-38 percent and were beaten on the boards 47-29, but enjoyed a 14-1 advantage in points from the charity stripe.
