Disney Reveals ‘Easter Eggs’, Connecting Films To One Another
It appears that the Disney/Pixar people are quite sly with their animation, as this new video reveals.
Through the use of Easter Eggs (no, not the dyed-type, the movie type. See #2, below.), Disney/Pixar connects most of their films together through the use or appearance of characters or objects. For example, a stuffed Nemo toy appears in Monsters, Inc.; bugs that were in Toy Story appear in A Bug's Life, etc. Just take a look at the video above, and I think you'll understand.
Eas·ter eggnounnoun: Easter egg; plural noun: Easter eggs
1.a hard-boiled egg that is dyed and often decorated as part of the Easter celebration.
an artificial egg, typically chocolate, given at Easter, especially to children. 2.an unexpected or undocumented feature in a piece of computer software or on a DVD, included as a joke or a bonus. - Google
I think that it's a brilliant way to cross-promote the stories/movies, don't you agree?
