As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing this week, some controversies are still out there in the universe all these years later. One of the most historic events in history had 650 million people watching live, and this was BEFORE the internet and cable TV. Incredible, really. And it appears that the majority of us heard those first words on the moon's surface all wrong.

Astronaut Neil Armstrong, who was the first man to ever walk on the moon on July 20th, 1969, says his famous words 'That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind' were misquoted. He has always insisted that he said 'That’s one small step for a man.', and even in official NASA documents, it is listed as 'that’s one small step for (a) man.' Listen below to judge for yourself.
