David Letterman To Appear On Jimmy Kimmel Live

Late - night legend David Letterman will return to familiar territory as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Jimmy Kimmel has never been shy about declaring that David Letterman is his 'idol,' and while Letterman has appeared on Norm Macdonald Live recently, this is the first time he's appearing in late night after his retirement. Dave will join Jimmy during a week of shows filmed in Brooklyn from October 16 - 20.

Dave returns as host of a new show on Netflix sometime next year.
