Oklahoma police officers had an unusual experience when they pulled a vehicle over for expired tags. Stephen Jennings and Rachel Rivera were riding in a Ford Explorer & couldn't produce proof of insurance, so the vehicle was impounded.

A search revealed a large rattlesnake in the back seat, a canister of uranium, and an open bottle of whiskey. Rivera, a convicted felon, was in possession of a firearm. The vehicle was found to be stolen. The pair face multiple charges. Here comes the punch line...The uranium possession drew no criminal charge.
