A Change.org petition was started to keep the ABC show "Last Man Standing" on the air after organizers said it's because the show features conservative values.

Reports that ABC had cancelled the popular show "Last Man Standing" were followed swiftly by rumors about why the network made the decision. The comedy stars Tim Allen and has reigned as one of the highest rated shows on ABC. Tim Allen is also an outspoken conservative. ABC has denied this had anything to do with their decision.

The show’s cancellation came as a surprise to fans, as its ratings had reportedly been solid, as Daily Wire’s John Nolte noted. Last Man Standing averaged 6.4 million viewers in its final season and a 1.2 rating amongst adults 18-49, strong numbers for a Friday night comedy. But Deadline also notes that Last Man Standing was down just 5 percent this season, a stellar result when compared with other shows were generally down by as much as 20-30 percent.

Modern Family which was recently renewed by ABC averaged 6.9 million views but viewership was down almost 15%.

Last Man Standing was the only conservative show on TV where nearly 1/2 of America could watch TV that was not laced with left wing political agenda. We petition to have Last Man Standing renewed just as the left learning show Modern Family was despite it having a declining viewership!

At the time of this writing, the petition has 4,396 of the organizers' goal of getting 50,000 signatures.
