Building Partially Collapses In French Quarter

According to KATC TV3, a building onToulouse Street in the New Orleans French Quarter has partially collapsed.

The incident is reportedly in the 600 block of Toulouse, less than 3 blocks from the Mississippi River.

There is no word yet on the type of building that experienced the collapse. Crews are still arriving on the scene, we'll have more details as they become available.

This incident comes less than 3 months after the Hard Rock Hotel, still under construction, collapsed near the Saenger Theatre in the French Quarter.
