Halloween is Tuesday night and no doubt your children will have a blast that night Trick-or-Treating. Also, between now and then there is plenty of fun to have throughout Lafayette and Acadiana.

You'll find a variety of Trunk-or-Treat events hosted by various police departments and churches along with non-profit organizations.

For those people who want to be frightened out of their minds, there are no doubt multiple places where you can find your dose of very scary events. While you might want the scare of a lifetime, other people are just looking for something that is family-friendly.

The other great thing about this event is that it's like Lafayette's best-kept Halloween secret, but we are allowed to share it with you.

What started out as something small in 1995, primarily as a walking look at Halloween, has continued to morph each year into more Halloween fun.

The Chance Haunted Ride is only three more nights:

Sunday, October 29, 2023

Monday, October 30, 2023
