Rod Stewart has lived quite the rock ‘n’ roll life, fronting two revered bands, compiling a long list of solo hits and walking down the aisle more than once (usually with a model). That said, he has more than enough material to fill an autobiography, and Stewart is in fact working on one that’s due in stores next fall from Crown Archetype, a division of Random House.

Queen is looking to fill the void left by the late Freddie Mercury, and Lady Gaga is being considered for it. Guitarist Brian May previously reached out to Bad Company leader Paul Rodgers, but now it looks as though the pop diva is at the top of the list.

He continues to uphold the late King of Pop’s legacy and paint a favorable picture of him, both verbally and in his recently released book, ‘You Are Not Alone, Michael: Through a Brother’s Eyes.’ R

Singing the Ben E. King hit ‘Stand by Me’ together is nothing new for Lady Gaga and Sting. But at last weekend’s iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, they took their onstage collaboration to the next level by also performing a version of The Police‘s ‘King of Pain.’

Singer Cee Lo Green has racked up a nice range of TV credits, from voice work in the short-lived animated series ‘The Boondocks,’ playing himself in a ‘Saturday Night Live’ sketch and, of course, serving as a coach on ‘The Voice.’ His list of big-screen achievements isn’t quite as long, but Green has just added a noteworthy one: a role in a remake of the 1976 film ‘Sparkle.’
