Acadiana Symphony ‘Xylo-Bones’ Summer Camp Canceled

According to the Acadiana Symphony Orchestra & Conservatory of Music, their 4th (and final) Summer Camp has been canceled.

The announcement reads, in part:

Due to the resurgence of the COVID-19 cases in the Acadiana region, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our fourth and final summer camp, Xylo-Bones, which was scheduled for July 20 - 24, 2020 and move all music lessons to an online/virtual platform.

As a community-supported non-profit, the Acadiana Symphony Orchestra & Conservatory of Music knows that it is their responsibility to ensure the safest learning environment for their students, teaching artists, and their families. ASO/COM is committed to doing its part to slow the spread of COVID-19 in Acadiana.
