8 – Year – Old Asks Santa In Letter To Help Sister [PHOTO]

8-year-old Ryan Suffern of Rocky Mount, NC sends letter to Santa asking for help for his twin sister.

In this heartfelt letter to Santa Claus, which has gone viral ever since his mom posted it on Facebook, young Ryan asks St. Nick to stop kids at school from bullying his twin sister, Amber.

His letter stated, “Dear Santa ... I wanted a (remote control) car and helicopter, but I don’t want that anymore. Kids at school are still picking on Amber and its not fair. I prayed that they will stop but God is busy and needs your help.”

His mother Karen Suffern, says Amber is overweight and suffers from various mental, mood and attention disorders. The mom knew the kids were teasing Amber and knew it was taking an emotional toll on her.  She says, “it’s not my fault she is bullied, it’s the fault of the parents who don’t expect their children to treat others with respect just because they are different.”

She was surprised by her son's letter.
