The 6300 guests on board Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas, the second largest ship in the world, were treated to an amazing New Year celebration.  You will not believe you are watching video from a ship.

KTDY's CJ and Debbie Sail Aways have become an annual staple and has taken folks from the Acadiana area all over the world, twice on Voyager of the Seas, a Royal Caribbean ship.  Voyager of the Seas at the time was the largest ship in the world but has since been dwarfed by Oasis and Allure of the Seas.

These ships cover the area of small cities.  Unless you've been on one, it's hard to comprehend the magnitude of their size.  Kyle Lavergne, friend and crew member on the Oasis, shot video of the 2014 New Year celebration last night.  When you watch this video, keep in mind it's not Times Square, it's a SHIP!
