Petanque is a bowling game traditionally played in town parks and squares in France on hard packed surfaces. Cycle Zydeco, a bicycle riding tour of the Lafayette, Breaux Bridge, Opelousas, Mamou, Eunice area was supposed to be cancelled this year after a wonderful 10 year run. But cyclists from the Kansas City area would not stand to miss their annual trip to Acadiana and decided to organize their own trip!
