Hats off to the organizers, performers and all the music lovers who made both so successful!

JazzFest 2012 was historic for a number of reasons. Tops on my list was the fact that the Eagles played, of course, but another reason was the crowds - Nola.com reported total attendance was estimated at 450,000, the highest number since 2003. One of the people among the thousands of attendees was my cousin Fred, who sent me some photos.
