Say ‘Merry Christmas’ Or Get Slapped!

The Huffington Post reports Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller says watch how you celebrate with him this Christmas. He actually said,

If one more person says Happy Holidays to me I just might slap them. Either tell me Merry Christmas or just don't say anything.

On his Facebook page he posted a picture that includes a cowboy, a pharmacy and a religious message. Immediately people started posting 'Happy Holidays' on his page!

How strongly does Miller feel about the issue? When asked if knew about the First Amendment he replied,

I am quite fond of it. I also like the 2nd. How about you?

Is his view extreme or do you agree with Commissioner Miller?
