New Iberia Contestant Advances on ‘American Idol’

We have a second Louisiana contestant to pull for on American Idol! A couple of weeks ago, Laine Hardy of Livingston made it through to Hollywood. We learned on Monday's edition of the show, that New Iberia's Aname Rose not only made it to Hollywood, but she survived the group round, too! Watch that drama unfold here. Aname, formerly known as Saasha Small, is a music student at Loyola in New Orleans, and went to New Iberia High. We'll be watching and pulling for both of you!
