National Day of Prayer Celebrations Around Lafayette

Today, May 1, 2014, is the National Day of Prayer and it is being celebrated in Lafayette and Louisiana in many different ways.

In Scott, Pastors from local churches will lead a prayer and fellowship event at the Scott Events Center on Lions Club Road from 11 AM - 1 PM. The program will consist of music, prayer and complimentary lunch. Admission is free and open to all.

In Lafayette, attendees will pray for our leaders, protectors and community at the Horse Farm, from 12 Noon - 1 PM.
