This Saturday, May 25th, Movies In The Parc presents Wolfgang Petersen's adaptation of Michael Ende's "The Never Ending Story."
It's the tale of a quiet boy who loves to read, and is accosted by bullies on his way to school. Seeking shelter in a bookstore, he interrupts the grouchy bookseller. The youngster asks about a particular book, but is warned it's "not safe." He "borrows" the book anyway, leaving a note promising to return it.  He then hides in the school attic to read The Never Ending Story.
Gates @ Parc International open at 6. The show starts as soon as it's dark enough. Concessions are available. Admission is just $2.00. Kids under 5 are admitted free.
