Maybe We Should Get A Work Cat
I finally found a home for Satsuma (Shannon named the cat. I still call her "Cat".).
The grandchildren of a friend will be taking possession of Cat this afternoon. She will have more property on which to roam, hunt, sleep and ignore human commands.
The friend will be picking her up today so I figured I'd let her roam around in the studio until it's time for her to head to her new home.
It didn't take her long to find a perch on which to regain her royal stance.
I know that some are allergic to cats (my allergy stems more from the litter box than the cat itself), but according to Health Fitness Revolution, there are some benefits to owning a cat:
- stress reduction
- decreases chances of stroke
- boosts immunities
- lowers blood pressure
- and more
I'm not saying that WE should get a work cat; I'm just saying that it would be cool to have a companion in the control room. (I wonder if Big D (VP of Custodial Affairs) would clean her litter box?)` vvvvvvvvvvvvvvc c c c
