Lewis Street Bridge To Close Wednesday

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development will close the Lewis Street Bridge over Bayou Teche tomorrow.

There is needed maintenance that will be performed tomorrow between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 21, weather permitting.

DOTD says you can detour using the other sections of Louisiana Highway 87, Louisiana Highway 3195 (the Nelson Canal Bridge) and Louisiana Highway 182.
