LSU recently had a visitor on campus and it was former NFL Coach Bill Belichick.

With the LSU football team not performing as well as some fans hoped in 20024, the rumors have started and the wishes are very loud on various social media platforms.

So, what was Bill Belichick doing in Baton Rouge and at LSU? Well, he posed for a photo near Mike The Tiger's habitat with personnel from the LSU School of Veterinary  Medicine and according to the post on Facebook, the former coach was there to learn about Mike's multi-million dollar habitat.

But was a legendary NFL coach really on campus to learn about a tiger's habitat, or is there more to his visit?

Perhaps time will tell, but Belichick's name has already come up for several potential NFL coaching jobs in 2025, and I just don't see him dipping into college football when NIL money is buying kids. After all, his good friend Nick Saban walked away from college football for that very reason.

Here's a look at Belichick at LSU.

Do y'all think he stopped by the original Cane's restaurant near campus?
