Louisiana Residents Asked to Help FBI Uncover Mystery of John Doe 49
The FBI is reaching out to residents across Louisiana for assistance in identifying an individual they have named "John Doe 49." This individual is believed to possess critical information that could help law enforcement uncover the identity of a child victim involved in an ongoing sexual exploitation investigation.

As part of the news release, the FBI included this statement:
The public is reminded no charges have been filed in this case and the pictured individual is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
The FBI Is Asking People To Look At The Photos And Read The Information:
They believe the man featured is between 45 and 65. He's a white male with a dark goatee and balding. There are five visual tattoos:
- The word 'Dabby' on the right side of his chest
- 197 followed by possible additional unknown text on his left bicep
- Additional tattoos on his left and right forearms, along with his right bicep
According to the FBI, the first recorded pictures of the identifying features of this person were in a file from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They think this was made either on or before July 2024. Unfortunately, no data was embedded within the video.
