Shane took Lafayette by storm with his famous Quesadilla Burger, and now he is giving his second love, Mac and Cheese, the spotlight it deserves.

His homemade Mac is featured on several menu items such as burgers and wraps at Shane's Famous Quesadilla Burger located at 3822 W Congress St, in Lafayette.

But now, his famous homemade mac will have an entire menu and location to itself.

Shane's Loaded Mac Bar Opening Near Downtown Lafayette

According to Developing Lafayette, Shane's new business venture is taking over the former Wing Fingers building across the street from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

The building that will soon be Shane's Loaded Mac Bar is undergoing a complete renovation inside and out. It is located at 1043 Johnston Street, next to The Bulldog and not far from KOK Wings and Things.

What We Know About Shane's Loaded Mac Bar

Shane's Loaded Mac Bar will offer customers the option to build their own mac and cheese bowl, loaded potato, grilled cheese sandwich, or salad.

Think Chipotle but cheesier.

This location is perfect for college students attending UL and those looking for a quick and comforting bite to eat after going out in Downtown Lafayette.

When Will Shane's Loaded Mac Bar Open?

The official opening date hasn't been released yet, but they are planning to open later this month, just in time for Summer break.

The hours are catered to both college students and partygoers. Shane's will be open from 10:30 am to 3 am daily.
