70-Year-Old Franklin Man Arrested for Sunbathing Nude on His Roof

Franklin Police made an alarming discovery when they responded to multiple complaints of a male subject sunbathing in the nude.

What made the complaint shocking was the fact that the male subject was allegedly sunbathing on the roof of a residence. Upon their arrival, authorities were able to locate the naked man just after 2 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 30).

Police say 70-year-old Lee Segura was instructed to come down from the roof where he was subsequently arrested and charged with obscenity.

According to the release from Franklin Police, Segura was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty and we will update this story when more information is made available.
