El Paso Mexican Grill in Carencro Now Accepting Applications, Hints at Opening Date
It looks like the Carencro location of El Pason Mexican Grill will finally be opening soon.
Locals have wondered if the Carencro El Paso restaurant would ever open its doors after a lengthy construction period that actually began when the restaurant first hinted at building at that location all the way back in 2015.
Recently, an official El Paso sign went up on the building and major development has taken place in a way that seems like the Mexican eatery may be in business a lot sooner than later—especially after a recent Facebook post.
The Carencro El Paso is located off Gloria Switch Road near I-49 and according to the post below from their new official Facebook page, they are now accepting applications for anyone looking to work at the restaurant.
El Paso Mexican Grill in Carencro will begin accepting applications at 10 a.m. on Monday (Nov. 28) and anyone interested in working at the restaurant must apply in person within the restaurant.
In addition to opening up the application process, El Paso Mexican Grill posted that the Carencro location will be opening "very soon" and they will be posting information as soon as they confirm that date.
While we can't confirm if the same owners will be operating the Carencro location, El Paso Mexican Grill currently has family-owned locations in Lafayette (Pinhook and Ambassador), Youngsville, and New Iberia.
Whoever is running the Carencro El Paso page seemed to respond to comments about how long construction has taken in a way that shows they are just as excited as local residents are to finally be opening.
