Rascal Flatts Bringing ‘Life is a Highway Tour’ to Lafayette on March 28, 2025

The boys in Rascal Flatts are putting the band back together and embarking on a tour in 2025. And one of their stops will be the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana.

The concert in Cajun country is set for Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Cajundome and it will feature special guests Lauren Alaina and Chris Lane.

Tickets will go on sale this Friday, October 4, 2024, at Ticketmaster.com or the Cajundome Box Office.

The Life is a Highway Tour will mark Rascal Flatts' 25th anniversary as a band as they formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 1999.

They came out the gates strong with their first single "Prayin' for Daylight," which peaked at number three on the Hot Country Songs chart.

A string of hits followed over the next two decades. Rascal Flatts released more than 40 singles, 16 of which reached number one on the Billboard Hot Country Songs or Country Airplay charts.

The band was named Vocal Group of the Year by the Country Music Association every year from 2003 to 2008, Top Vocal Group by the Academy of Country Music from 2003 to 2009, and won the American Music Award for Artist of the Year in 2006.

They were inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2011 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2012.

"Bless the Broken Road" was also named Best Country Song at the 48th Annual Grammy Awards.

On January 7, 2020, Rascal Flatts announced they would be disbanding following a farewell tour. However, this farewell tour was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The group's disbandment was officially confirmed in October 2021.

But now, it looks like Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus, and Joe Don Rooney have had a change of heart and are looking forward to celebrating the group's silver anniversary.
