The waterfall isn't massive, but it offers a scenic setting with sandstone formations, clear water, and surrounding pine forests. The short hike to the falls makes it accessible for most visitors, and it's one of the few places in Louisiana where you can enjoy a true waterfall experience.

2. Rock Falls - Rock Falls is often considered the tallest naturally flowing waterfall in Louisiana. Located in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana.

Located in the northern part of the state, this waterfall is especially impressive following heavy rainfall.

3. St. Mary's Falls - Also located in Catahoula Parish, near Sicily Island, Louisiana, water flow can vary depending on recent weather conditions, but after a good rain, the falls become a fantastic destination for hikers and photographers.

4. Little Bayou Pierre Cascade - Little Bayou Pierre Cascade is located in Gorum, Louisiana in Natchitoches Parish. It's pretty tucked away within the Kisatchie National Forest, but worth the hunt.

5. Woodriff Falls - Woodriff Falls remains one of Louisiana's lesser-known natural attractions. Located in  West Feliciana Parish, Woodriff Falls is a much more remote than the other Louisiana waterfalls.

6. Sandy Creek Waterfall - Here's another one located in Catahoula Parish. Like many Louisiana waterfalls, its flow depends heavily on rainfall, making spring and early summer some of the best times to visit.
