The Louisiana National Guard Enlisted Association was created so that enlisted National Guard Soldiers and Airmen could have a political voice. Having that voice ensures that the rights of National Guard Soldiers/Airmen are fought for not only in Louisiana but in DC as well.

Tickets can be purchased online at langea.org/fishing OR at Dons Boat Landing
Fishing begins at 6am Friday morning, with daily weight-ins. The final weigh-in will be Sunday at 2pm.
There will be karaoke Friday night, live entertainment by The Beau Young Band featuring Blake Luquette Saturday evening with jambalaya and a DJ and fish fry Sunday.

The tournament has a two part mission. First, it to assist the community to be well prepared to take care of our citizen Soldiers and Airmen as they are well prepared to take care of their communities when in need. Second, it is to help educate the community about the organization. Our Guardsmen train hard and are often called to duty, away from their families during emergency situations, and the support of the community is important to them and to their loved ones.
