Does This Video Help Or Hurt Paula Deen?

I personally think it only further proves her racist mindset, but there are some defending Paula Deen's "outlook" based on this video. How that's possible is beyond me, as the video shows Deen interacting with a black employee during a New York Times interview and saying "we can't see you standing against that dark board."
