It's time for this week's Best and Worst Dressed, with actress Kirsten Dunst getting the LBD right thanks to smart makeup and accessorizing, the pregnant Fergie getting the LBD all wrong with her Stevie Nicks-like layers -- and more.

The Best:

Dunst delivered in a sleeveless and belted black Proenza Schouler sheath. The dress itself was simple, but Dunst elevated it in her styling -- her accessories choices were spot on, from her print clutch to her pointy heels to the leather belt perched high on the waist, and her bright tomato red lipstick played up that peaches-and-cream skintone of hers.

Olivia Wilde (who once inspired Megan Fox to refer to her as "sexy enough to make you want to strangle a mountain lion"), hit up SXSW in a thick-strapped black and white striped Dolce & Gabbana dress that is a harbinger of summer.

Stripes can be unflattering and boring, but they're neither here. Olivia's frame is petite enough to carry it off, and the stripes of the bodice are horizontal while the skirt's are vertical, upping the frock's playfulness.

The Worst:

Fergie's black sack adds pounds. Is she trying to hide her bun in the oven with all this black fabric? Let it show, Fergie Ferg. She appears to be attempting sort of homeless chic, pairing dominatrix-y boots with a flowing boho top, but she just ends up looking like a bird with tattered wings. We doubt she was going for avian style.

Blake Lively usually earns an A on her fashion report card. Mrs. Ryan Reynolds has legs to die for and we love the maroon hue, the three-quarter length sleeves and square neckline of her Marios Schwab dress -- but that clear pocket in the front? What purpose does that serve? It looks like spot for a FedEx shipping label. That detail kills the whole look.

Padma Lakshmi's Monique Lhuillier dress is only a "worst" because it's not red carpet-worthy. It's a print maxi that would be better off without the tight fit, and it's best suited for a cruise or vacationing in Florida. If it had an empire waist, it'd be a lovely summer frock. But the mermaid cut, paired with the pattern, is overly busy.
