Speedy

I've always been asked - ‘Do you love your job?’ My response is this - Its not a job, its my way of life. Jobs are for people that punch a clock and sit in an office. I love being on the radio, talking to people and playing great music. 2nd question I always get asked - Why the name Speedy? My mother gave me the nickname ‘Speedy’ when I was a baby, because I ran before I walked. I'm from New Orleans, part of the Who Dat Nation… Have been ever since I was a kid watching Bobby Hebert on the field. I love everything that has to do with South Louisiana, from the food, crawfish, boudin, alligator to po-boys and of course charred oysters from Drago's. My first job was on a boat shrimping and crabbing. I love to cook; that would be my second passion in life. Make sure you tune in, there’s always something going on.
